The Airport Rail Link operates daily from 6 am – 12 pm midnight, with two services available between the airport and city. The SA Express is a direct service linking Suvarnabhumi Station (located under Suvarnabhumi Airport) with Makkasan Station and takes 15 minutes, with the fare Bt150. The SA City Line operates from Suvarnabhumi Station to Phyathai Station and stops at six stations in between, with the fare ranging from Bt15 – Bt45.

The terminal's facilities include a berth measuring 365 m, ample parking bay for buses and passenger cars, passenger hall accommodating 1,500 persons, passenger baggage trolleys, air-conditioned departure hall, arrival/baggage claim hall, ticketing and check-in counters, tourist information centre, food & beverage outlets and more. Taxi and bus services are available at the port which guests can take to get them to the hotel. A limousine service can be provided by the hotel upon request, for a fixed fee.
